Counteract® Balancing Beads, in our tire assemblies
Unlike traditional balancing methods, Counteract balancing beads provide dynamic balancing. This system re-sets to the balancing requirements of the assembly with every trip compared to traditional methods that are weighted at the time the assembly was newly mounted.
Increase Tire Life – Counteract balancing beads reduce rolling resistance by up to 18% which reduces tire wear. Counteract is known to increase tire life by at least 30%
Dynamic Balancing – Counteract beads balance statically and dynamically. The beads re-balance en route, as the tire encounters roads hazzards, scuffs and even rocks in the tread – constantly shifting to remain balanced.
Reduced Vibration = Smoother Ride – Counteract’s unique technology will balance the tire and wheel, but also balance everything rotating on the axle end including the brake drum and hub – leading to a smoother ride.
Reduce Maintenance Costs – Heavy vibrations for extended periods of time are one of the leading causes of maintenance issues. Balancing beads dramatically reduce this effect.
